Programs
Three ways into the space workforce.
I. Cadet
For students and early-career members.
Foundations, first certifications, and placement into apprenticeships with partner employers. Cadets learn shop discipline, safety, measurement, and the console basics that every downstream track builds on.
II. Crew
For working technicians and career-changers.
Intensive retraining into robotics maintenance, test, and operations roles — typically 12–24 weeks, employer-sponsored where possible. Crew members train on the same task standards their future floor is assessed against.
III. Command
For experienced professionals.
Advanced credentials in fleet operations leadership, safety, and remote/teleoperated systems. Command members are prepared to run shifts, write procedures, and own the standard for a team.
