Every StarForce certification is task-based, independently assessed, and recorded in a public registry. Employers verify a member's standing in seconds. Members carry their record for a career — not for one job.

Task-based standards
Each credential names the tasks a member must perform, the conditions, and the tolerance. Nothing is awarded for attendance.

Independent assessment
Assessment is separated from instruction. The person who taught the task does not decide whether it was met.

Public record
Standing is recorded so an employer can verify it in seconds, and a member can carry it from one job to the next.
